Abstract: In each era human society has given birth to iconic infrastructure. In the intelligent era, information infrastructure is being reconstructed and transformed around new demands. The computing power demand has increased exponentially compared with the Internet era. Data has been endowed with two attributes of resource elements and value processing. The network architecture is evolving towards ubiquitous connection and intelligent collaboration. This article will specifically analyze the evolution law of information infrastructure from eight key features, including action plans, terminals, super portals, communication networks, the Internet, computing, data, and power.
