Abstract:
This article highlights two “dark clouds” hanging over the computer science discipline: the model's uninterpretability and artificial intelligence (AI) hallucinations, which compel the scientific community to re-examine the definitions of “interpretability” and “understanding”. This represents not merely a technical challenge but a catalyst for a theoretical revolution that may overturn humanity’s understanding of the essence of computation. Moving forward, interdisciplinary collaboration and human-machine synergy should pioneer new frontiers in computer science, transforming the informalized notion of “effectively computable”into truly computable realities.
