海洋感知网络:从单点观测到多域协同感知

Ocean sensing network (OSN): from single-point observation to multi-domain collaborative perception

  • 摘要: 在智能计算驱动下,海洋感知网络正由传统分散式单点观测向多域协同感知演进,现有研究在感知模式、处理范式、网络架构、协同机制等方面取得了一系列进展。文章立足于海洋感知网络发展,从数据采集、数据融合、跨域组网和协同感知四个方面,系统梳理海洋感知网络关键技术的发展概况、面临的核心挑战以及未来的发展趋势。受益于新一代信息技术与人工智能融合发展,初步形成了智能海洋感知新范式。但在极端环境下仍面临数据质量低、处理能力弱、网络稳定性差和环境认知不足等问题,未来须在智能感知模式、弹性网络架构和精准环境认知方面持续深入研究。

     

    Abstract: Driven by intelligent computing, ocean sensing network (OSN) is evolving from the traditional decentralized single-point observation to a multi-domain collaborative perception paradigm. Current research on marine sensing networks has conducted a series of explorations around perception modes, processing paradigms, network architectures, and collaborative mechanisms. This article based on the development of marine perception networks, systematically reviews the development, core challenges, and future trends of key technologies in marine sensing networks from four aspects: data collection, data fusion, cross-domain networking, and collaborative perception. Benefiting from the integrated development of next-generation information technology and artificial intelligence, a new intelligent marine perception paradigm has begun to taken shape. However, challenges such as low data quality, insufficient processing capabilities, poor network stability, and inadequate environmental cognition persist under extreme conditions. Future research must continue to delve into intelligent perception modes, resilient network architectures, and precise environmental cognition.
