数据算法感知的智能基础软件关键技术

Key Technologies of Intelligent Fundamental Software with Data and Algorithm Awareness

  • 摘要: 着眼人工智能基础软件自主持续发展的长远目标,面向智算场景下人工智能模型和应用对于高效资源管理的需求,在分析智能基础软件需要从空间维度和时间维度对人工智能任务起到多维度全流程支撑作用的基础上,探讨构建数据算法感知的智能基础软件的现状与挑战,从资源纳管、负载感知、任务调度、大模型支撑这4个方面介绍了设计数据算法感知的智能基础软件的关键思路,探讨了后续相关研究在本文基础上可能开展的方向和技术,从而为人工智能的规模化落地和持续创新发展提供关键支撑。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the long-term goal of independent and sustainable development of artificial intelligence(AI) fundamental software, and considering the efficient resource management needs of AI models and applications in intelligent computing scenarios, this article first analyzes the multi-dimensional and whole-process supporting role of intelligent fundamental software for AI tasks from spatial and temporal perspectives. Then, it explores the current status and challenges of building data and algorithm aware intelligent fundamental software. It also presents the key design ideas for such software in terms of resource management, load perception, task scheduling, and large language model support. Finally, it discusses potential future research directions and technologies based on this study, aiming to provide crucial support for the large-scale implementation and continuous innovation of AI.
