大模型时代智能操作系统现状与展望

Artificial Intelligence Operating Systems in the Era of Large Language Models: Current Status and Prospects

  • 摘要: 人工智能个人计算机(artificial intelligence personal computer, AI PC)基于异构算力架构和端侧大模型的深度融合实现本地化智能推理与个性化服务,带来个人计算机(personal computer, PC)形态的智能化重构。智能操作系统作为驱动下层异构计算架构和支撑上层生成式人工智能(artificial intelligence, AI)应用的基础软件,是AI PC智能软硬件生态的核心枢纽。本文首先回顾大模型时代智能操作系统的演进趋势,分析其目标定位、技术框架与关键挑战,并结合典型系统实践予以佐证。在此基础上,进一步梳理智能操作系统的未来发展路径,展望发展机遇。

     

    Abstract: AI PC (artificial intelligence personal computer) leverages the deep integration of heterogeneous computing architectures and on-device large language models to enable localized intelligent inference and personalized services, leading to an intelligent transformation of the traditional PC form. As the foundational software that both drives the underlying heterogeneous computing architecture and supports upper-layer generative artificial intelligence (AI) applications, the AI operating system serves as the central hub of the AI PC’s smart hardware and software ecosystem. This article first reviews the evolution trends of AI operating systems in the era of large language models, analyzing their objectives, technical frameworks, and key challenges, and substantiates these insights with examples from typical system implementations. Building on this foundation, the paper further outlines the future development paths of AI operating systems and explores the emerging opportunities ahead.
