Towards Intelligent Software in the Socio-Cyber-Physical Ubiquitous Computing Era: Challenges and Opportunities

  • 摘要: 软件范型一直是软件技术体系的核心。“人机物”三元融合的泛在计算环境为软件带来了新的计算平台和应用需求,同时机器学习生成的模型正在成为软件系统的重要部件,催生出新的软件形态——智能化软件,新一轮软件范型变迁正在到来。本文围绕软件技术体系的基本要素——编程模型、构造方法、运行机理和质量保障,分析了智能化软件面临的重大挑战和科学问题,并讨论了智能化软件发展的机遇和途径。

     

    Abstract: Software paradigms are foundational to the computer software discipline. The Socio-Cyber-Physical ubiquitous computing environment establishes new computing platforms and application requirements for software systems. Meanwhile, the AI-generated models are becoming critical components, integrating with human-written programs. This trend is giving rise to the emergent—intelligent software and leading to the shift towards a new software paradigm. Focusing on the foundations of this new software discipline, including programming models, engineering approaches, runtime platforms, and quality assurance, this position article analyzes the major challenges and scientific problems faced by intelligent software and discusses key opportunities for its future development.
