量子计算与区块链金融的合作博弈:技术革命下的金融基础设施重构

  • 摘要: 量子计算技术的快速发展与区块链金融的规范化发展,使金融基础设施面临量子安全等新挑战。2025 年中国计算机大会(CNCC)期间,CCF YOCSEF 举办“量子计算与区块链金融的攻守博弈”观点论坛,汇聚多领域专家分享云端量子服务、密码学演进、分片技术、智能合约防护、抗量子共识等方案,形成技术协作、性能平衡、落地路径、价值普惠四大共识。论坛核心成果成功孵化国际版本 ——“面向 Web 的量子安全、高效且 AI 增强的区块链:量子计算、区块链应用与数据标准协同教程”,入选 CCF A 类会议 The Web Conference(WWW 会议)2026 年 Tutorial 环节,实现从国内技术探索到国际标准对接的跨越。本文梳理论坛核心观点与国际延伸价值,为量子时代金融基础设施的安全转型、国际协作与普惠发展提供参考。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of quantum computing technology, financial infrastructure is facing unprecedented security challenges. This article summarizes the core viewpoints and discussion outcomes from the CCF YOCSEF Perspective Forum titled “The Offensive and Defensive Game between Quantum Computing and Blockchain Finance: Reconstructing Financial Infrastructure in the Technological Revolution” held during the 2025 China National Computer Congress (CNCC). The forum brought together top experts from quantum computing, blockchain, and financial security fields, conducting in-depth discussions on topics including cloud-based quantum services, cryptographic security evolution, sharding technology breakthroughs, smart contract protection, and post-quantum consensus mechanisms. Through two rounds of deliberative discussions, participants reached four core collaborative consensus: technological synergy, performance equilibrium, implementation pathways, and inclusive value orientation. Notably, the core achievements of the forum have been incubated and developed into an international version—“Quantum-Safe, Efficient, and AI-Enhanced Blockchains for the Web: A Cooperative Tutorial on Quantum Computing, Blockchain Applications, and Data Standards”—which was selected as a Tutorial for The Web Conference (WWW Conference) 2026, a CCF Class A conference, marking the leap from domestic technological exploration to international standard alignment. These consensus and international extensions provide reference for the security transformation, international collaboration, and inclusive development of financial infrastructure in the quantum era, embodying the core goal of “technology for good”.
