Abstract:
At present, the scale of industry-university-research collaboration in China continues to grow, yet the transformation of achievements between universities and enterprises still faces profound challenges. This article systematically analyzes 10 core issues in industry-university collaboration and introduces the “new industry-university-research paradigm” proposed by Lenovo, which emphasizes enterprises as the leaders of the innovation chain. Through two-way co-creation, this paradigm reshapes the collaboration ecosystem and drives the transition of scientific and technological achievements “from bookshelves to store shelves”.
