Abstract
Artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) technology, a pivotal innovative force in the current technological landscape, holds an increasingly significant position in the digital economy. However, its rapid development not only brings opportunities for enhancing content production efficiency and driving industry-wide intelligent transformation, but also poses governance challenges, such as content regulation, diversity assurance, controllability issues, and the "hallucination" problem. Drawing insights from two related forums, this paper primarily explores the practical pathways for the healthy development of AIGC technology. These pathways encompass multi-pronged approaches for detection and traceability, adapting content governance to technological advancements, balancing generation diversity with controllability, addressing model "hallucination" issues, and achieving value alignment. The conclusion underscores that the sustainable development of AIGC technology hinges on the profound integration of technological breakthroughs, legal regulations, and ethical constraints. Through collaborative governance involving multiple stakeholders, it is possible to maximize the technological dividends while mitigating potential risks, thereby offering a governance paradigm for the content industry in the digital economy era, and achieving a win-win situation between industrial innovation and social value.
