This article discusses the transformations in the collation and research of ancient texts in the data and intelligence era. Intelligent technologies not only assist with tasks such as text input, textual criticism, and annotation but also provide powerful tools including text analysis, visual analysis, and information extraction, thereby expanding the horizons of ancient text research. Furthermore, the article highlights the urgent need to establish data standards in the humanities, cultivate interdisciplinary talents, and build cross-disciplinary teams.
